Trudy Marie

“Thank you so much for my treatment last night, it was amazing! So relaxing that during the treatment it felt like I was sinking into the bed & afterwards it felt like I was floating on a cloud. My back & shoulder pain has disappeared today. 100% recommend & definitely can’t wait for my next treatment. Thank you Penny”

About Reiki

Rei = Spiritual energy

Ki = Life force energy

Lying or sitting down you remain fully dressed with hands placed gently on your body. Reiki is a safe and effective way of channelling universal life energy through your body.

Reiki can help with:

. Relaxation

. Reducing stress and anxiety

. Promoting positive mental state

. Breaking down energy blocks

. Enhancing learning and memory

. Mental clarity

. Reducing/eradicating pain

. Anxiety

. Fatigue

. Reducing side effects of medication

. Supporting recovery after injuries or surgery

. Strengthening wellbeing

Reiki is a form of therapy that channels energy in order to encourage healing and restore wellbeing.

It is generally best to receive 3-5 reiki treatments, 1-2 weeks apart. They can be spaced out to 1 month apart. Receiving regular reiki treatment is excellent self care and helps you to maintain holistic balance.

Reiki energy can help us to balance our own energy and bodies. If our energies are low we are more prone to illnesses both physical and mental. It promotes contentment, relaxation, decreased feelings of stress, fear and anxiety, as well as a reduction – and in some cases, elimination of – physical illnesses and persistent conditions.
